It is a good place to learn about the history of the city, have a good coffee or eat something delicious.

It's a great place to walk, think, see different things, and escape the monotony. It's good to be accompanied by someone. At night, after 8, it becomes somewhat dangerous, but during the day, it's spectacular. I'm posting some photos of the place during the day and at night.

Visit Plaza de Bolívar, Plaza de Núñez, and the Nariño Palace. After many years, you can once again walk through the gardens and reminisce in this historic downtown setting.

I love my city. I tend to see the positive side, and I adore the city center. Walking the Seventh Avenue route that my parents taught me, admiring the colonial area, enjoying the cultural diversity of those of us who live here—there's a wide variety of food, museums, all kinds of shops, shows, entertainment, the best wafers in the country, and so much more... Every place is the color we choose to see it. I choose to see the beauty in my city instead of wasting my energy complaining about things I can't change. I love my Bogotá, my city, my country. Thank you, my land!!! 🫶🏻💖🌈

I want to tell a short story that caught my attention. The man you see in the picture is Bernardo, a portraitist who traveled the continent for years capturing faces and making a living that way. Now, at 80 years old, his face already stained by the sun, he sells the wisdom of plants on a corner in downtown Bogotá. A very pleasant encounter.

Bogota is an incredible city that positively surprised me. It has a rich culture full of interesting facts, great museums, good food, a super famous café, etc. A tip for people who usually pay with credit cards: many places still don't accept debit or credit card payments, even relatively large establishments; others accept them with a relatively high surcharge. "Effective payment," a term they often use, refers to payment in cash.
